The best way to fight Swine flu is prevent ourself. H1N1 virus spreads in the same as the regular flu viruses spread i.e. from person to person transmission through coughing, sneezing and touching of infected people or surfaces. No matter what kind of flu it is H1N1 flu (swineflu) or normal influenza, there are some health tips which can keep people healthy. These are -
Limit your contact with other person or rather stay home if you are sick.
Cover your nose and mouth while sneezing or coughing.
Regularly wash your hands with soap and running water . Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
